We try to ship all orders within 2 business days,
but we aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00pm (CT), the same business day. If your order is placed after 12:00pm (CT), it will be shipped the next business day. Shipping times may be extended due to high seasonal volume. If shipping is
delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately. If there are special shipping methods required, we will
contact you prior to shipping your order. We ship FedEx or best way.
Availability of Products
All orders for products are subject to availability, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any payment.
Drop ShipWe do not stock all items listed on the website at all
times. Those items will be drop shipped from our distributor. Due to this, your items may be shipped in multiple packages. If items on your order are out of stock from our distributor, you will be notified.
Not all items are available for immediate store pickup. If you choose store pickup at check out you will be notified of the estimated pickup time. If you would like to know an exact pickup time before placing an order, please contact us at (630)903-6775. In order to pick up orders you must provide the order ID found on the receipt, together with the purchaser's name and one form of government issued identification. If someone other than yourself will be picking up the order please inform us beforehand. They will also be required to provide the order ID and one form of government issued identification.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website at any time without notice. While we try to ensure that all prices and weights quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive a full refund.

Most items may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a
refund, expect liquids and nutrients. All the merchandise we sell is brand new and has never been opened, and
we do not return any used merchandise to our warehouse shelves to re-sell it as
new. Therefore, all items must be returned in new, unopened re-saleable
condition or a restocking fee ranging from 1% to 25% will apply. Furthermore,
returned items must be complete with all original parts, accessories, and
manufacturer packaging to be eligible for a credit. All returns are subject to
inspection. We reserve the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the
condition and completeness of returned merchandise. You MUST call for return
authorization before returning any item or fill out a return form. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return of Damaged Products
Damaged items or mis-shipped items must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately for shipping information, or return it to our store location. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund.
Once your order goes into processing it is no longer available to be cancelled so please be exact when ordering as we cannot be responsible
for items that were ordered incorrectly, if in doubt please contact us first. If you need to cancel your order and it has yet to reach processing please contact us immediately so we can provide a refund.
Special prices are only available to in stock products. The special will end when the product is sold out or reaches its end date, which ever comes first.
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages, if this occurs we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.
By placing an order with us you agree you will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we are reasonably of the opinion that such an order has been made, we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. You also agree to provide correct and accurate email, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary. If you do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your order.
